Thank you for your interest in Lake Grove Estates.

The current estoppel fee is $200 ($300 for a RUSH), payable to Lake Grove Property Owners Association (POA) at P.O. 2431, Palm City, FL 33491.

Dues are paid quarterly.  They are currently $425 per quarter.  You can contact our treasurer to set up payment via ACH or credit card.  If you would prefer to pay by check, please send your check to our P.O. Box address listed above.  

If you're a soon-to-be resident, welcome! Please take a few minutes to complete our "New Resident Registration Form" at least two weeks prior to your closing date. We also encourage you to create a website account, so that you'll have access to resident information and can receive neighborhood communications.  One we receive the registration form, a Board member will send you an invitation to create an account on our website and to set up your gate entry RFID pass.
